Eastern White Pine, the most versatile and widely used wood of the colonial era to the mid-1800’s, continues to improve in its exposure to time and the elements. For three hundred years, the tallest on the East Coast was the choicest harvest, playing a critical role in American life and history. It’s now seeing a resurgence as informal wide plank floors, paneling and a range of other applications within the most modern and traditional design.

Color and Surface
The skip planed profile of Eastern White Pine creates a shadow and light patina that exposes its natural light brown and even grain figure with infrequent darker knots and retains the aged deep brown surface and saw marks. Occasional nail holes and divets, stress cracks, and other character marks maintain unique and unifying looks across every square yard of this reclaimed wood.
